So, while I would not have (and will ideally never have) a Domain. com consideration, my business partner ended up using them for quite a while because of their great first 12 months. com pricing.
A few months ago, we started (trying) in order to transfer some expiring domains to a different registrar (our NetEarthOne area reseller account actually)
That turned into a disaster. His or her broken, non-funtional, as well as ugly control screen refused to electronic mail us EPP/Auth codes. On the 10th roughly try it managed to send A variety of them.
So what's the logical thing to do in this situation? Contact Support. So, he calls Website. com and provides up being on hold after over an hour or so.

The next morning, we tried all over again. He called all of them and used the IP phone system to conference myself in. We spent approximately an hour and 5 units on hold initially.
Now, we got a time-sensitive situation: some of the domains were expiring in the middle of the transfer, because it had not only taken us all to long to obtain the EPP codes (and we didn't want to pay the horrid Domain. com people [more on who they're later]* any far more money), but Website. com was in addition dragging their feet and the transfer was having unusually long.
In person, I've used several great and several budget registrars, and transfers have always taken a few days. I transferred several domains from the Dynadot account to your NEO reseller consideration, those went very intense!

Anyway, the support guy was average. He kept insisting which the transfer was previously initiated and "there is nothing we can easily do to help it become faster" however we're able to clearly tell your transfer status on the domain(s) was stuck on the part where many people approve the move.
Moving on in order to today. I get a contact that says these:

me with a supervisor. "
I've attached the screenshots he or she sent me. Is actually their server down? Routing issues? Or did many people block our consideration because we weren't playing along with their pile of bullcrap? Those are issues we still have no idea of the answer in order to!
